The Prophetic is in the testimony |
Mike Vickers encourages us with news that when you share your testimony of Jesus, which is the Spirit of Prophesy, riding on that testimony God reveals ‘the mercy seat’ – the Open Door to the Kingdom of God. “Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever, for they are the rejoicing of my heart.” Psalm 119:111 For more on Mike Vickers (Blog on Mike Vickers, Newsletter on Mike Vickers) Mike mentions the song Pioneer by Rick Pino |

How we can be important in God's plan |
Pastor Paul Arthur explains how we can be part of God's plan; 'What we were', 'How God chose us' and 'How we can boast in Him' are the 3 key issues, based on 1 Corinthians 1:26 -31, "But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise, and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;" 1 Corinthians 1:27 |

Psalm 91 Bumps Are What You Climb On! |
Pastor Phil encourages us that "bad stuff happens to good people" but based on Jacob's ladder, the 'bumps' are what we climb on. Real life is full of bumps and stones but if you can use them to stand on ... tomorrow... you will get higher! Psalm 91 lists 11 kinds of dangers because they are real but be encouraged "his angels will steady you with their hands to keep you from stumbling against the rocks on the trail" Psalm 91:11 |

The love of the Father Makes beautiful in His own time |
David Norcross reminds us that in a moment of divine, eternity changing destiny, Ruth chose Naomi, her country the land of Israel, but most significantly she chose the God of Israel. David Norcross illustrares that when we choose the Lord our future life will be something that He makes beautiful in His own time. “Ruth replied, 'don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God.'" Ruth 1:16, |

Expectancy |
Richard continues on from the theme of last week. He speaks about 'expectancy'; based on 1 Kings 18: 41- 46, he explains that after prayers we can move to 'a vantage point' of expectancy, by following Elijah's example. "The seventh time the servant reported, "A cloud as small as a man's hand is rising from the sea." So Elijah said, "Go and tell Ahab," 1 Kings 18: 44 |

Prayer |
Martin Gaunt reminds us how essential prayer is, that Jesus said "But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you." Matthew 6:6 Also, that "The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks with his friend." Exodus 33:11 |

Making the Dash Count |
The dash between dates represents our life! Job, David, James all plead with us to make the most of our lives. This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118: 24 |

Being spiritually clothed properly |
Pastor Paul Arthur preaches from Colossians 3: 1-14; reminding us how we are to be clothed, spiritually, as Christians. "Put on therefore, as elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another... " Colossian 3:12,13 |

Reaching others Grow you |
Pastor Phil concluded the series, in recapping he emphasised the need to be aware of what or more who we carry in our lives as the deposit of God in us. It is a fragrance to those who are seeking God but a smell of death to those who are rejecting him. |

REACHING OTHERS: We are accountable |
Our series continue, "I must preach the Good News of the Kingdom of God in OTHER towns, too, because that is why I was sent" Luke 4:41 NLT; we must remember that "For God so loved the world, he sent..."
